Politicians Back Tennis Club Improvements

Greg attended and has given his support and backing to Market Weighton Lawn Tennis Club’s new clubhouse at their official opening ceremony.

The club has celebrated the opening of their new purpose-built facility, which for the first time includes the benefit of an electricity supply to their new purpose-built clubhouse. The opening was attended by East Riding Councillors Cllr Claire Holmes and Cllr David Rudd and Sir Greg, who were joined by club committee members, town councillors and local residents.

Sir Greg said it was an excellent new facility for the club and he praised the financial support given to them by East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
